Terms and Conditions March 20-21 Exotic Animal Auction


  •  MasterCard/Visa, Cash, Cashiers check, or Personal check accompanied by your Bank's Letter of Credit.  

  • Letter of Credit must reach our office one week before the auction.

  • We will not take checks without your banks Letter of Credit.  

  • Credit Cards accepted with a 5% convenience fee in addition to Buyers Premium

  • Two valid forms of Identifications required.

  • Health papers must be in order before unloading.  Please refer to Oklahoma state requirements for any livestock importing regulations.
  • Sales tax will be charged to all customers unless a copy of your sales tax exemption certificate is presented to us.
  • Sheep and Goat Requirements: Scrapie Tag and Corresponding plastic tag with health certificate ( $5.00 Handling Fee per head if this requirement is not met.)
  • Bovine Requirements:  Metal Tag and corresponding dangle ear tag with health certificate ($10 handling fee per head if this requirement is not met)
  • Equine Requirements: Coggins test on all Equine is required prior to unloading. Veterinarian will be on site.  Any Coggins test completed on site will be charged to the seller.           
  • All cages sell with each lot. Birds & animals must be able to stand in cage & meet USDA approval guidelines. NO CARDBOARD BOXES!!!All birds and animals in this sale are for breeding, food & fiber purposes only. All guarantees & sales are between buyer & seller.  Cages must meet the USDA Guidelines:
    All cages must have handles (wood-wire-plastic-etc.)
    All cages must has access door-gates-etc.
    All cages must have solid bottoms (wood-metal-hard plastic-etc.) No paper-cardboard-carpet-etc.
    All cages must have attached and non-breakable food and water dishes
    All cages must have ample bedding
    All cages must allow animal or animals enough room to stand and move about
    All cages must have Live Animal Stickers on them
  • Barn opens 7:00 A.M. daily - Closes 9:00 P.M. Each Day March 20-21 

  • Animals may be delivered on March 19, 2020 between 12:00 noon and 6:00 p.m. Please call in advance.
  • Load out Requirements:  Loading of all animals must be conducted by Auction Staff ONLY
  • Load out sheet must be signed by Auction Staff and Buyer prior to leaving (NO EXCEPTIONS)
  • Load Out preferred sale day but available until March 22, 2020


  • 10% Commission with a 5% Buyers Premium
  • General Admission: $5.00 per person
  • Reserve Seating: $10 per person
  • Yardage:  $7.00 per head
  • No Sales Fee:  (0.00 to $99.99 - $10.00)  ($100-$999.99 - $20.00)   ($1,000 and Up - $50.00)   
  • Vet Fees:  Trich test paid by buyer if applicable . All other vet fees paid by seller and withheld from proceeds
  • Announcements made day of sale take precedence over written material.
  • We are not responsible for casualties or injury to animals or birds while on our premises. We accept "sound" animals only!!!


  • NO ALLEY TRADING OR PRIVATE SALES ON AUCTION PREMISES BEFORE, DURING OR AFTER AN AUCTION.  ​Full commission must be paid on any Animal or Bird "lots" that is a "No Sale" in the ring and later sold on Sale Barn premises.
